This is not a blog about getting drunk in Europe. It is about abandoning the familiar and embracing discomfort, about using adversity as a teacher, and also about getting drunk in India and Nepal. It is about embarrassing situations, the ironies of existence, and the ability to grow through laughter or tears or both.
